HOW TO: Download Paint.Net (PDN)

To find and download Paint.Net, go to https://www.getpaint.net/index.html . A new screen will pop up. Find the coloured link to download, as such:
When you click the link, it will take you to a new page:
Click the "Download Now" button.

NOTE: You'll also find on this page a "Help" file for PDN as well as where to get downloads via the web. It is easier to find plugins through your program (tutorial here).

It will take you to yet another screen to download.

NOTE: please take care to notice that you'll need the .Net Framework in order to run this program. You will find the download for the .Net Framework right under the Paint.Net download (marked here with a RED arrow).
Your download box will then pop up:
Save your download to where you can find it (Windows 7 automatically saves it to "Downloads")

Go to your start button, left click ONCE until the box below pops up and then go to your computer.
Go to your "Downloads". You'll find this on the left hand side of your window.
Find the Paint.Net download and double click. This box will pop up (I'm using WinRar but JZip would do the same thing):
Highlight the "Application" and then select "Extract Files" in the toolbar. The box below will pop up:
You'll want "Local Drive (C:)" for the location.
Then, program files:
Click "OK" and it will install your program.
