Let's begin!

Open template and delete tag copyright and brush layer.
Move black circle 3 to above black circle 1. Merge black circle 1 and 3.
Open papier 2 and resize by 25%. Copy, paste, go to black circles layer and do the following: Select All > Float > Defloat > Add paper as a new layer > Invert > Hit delete on your keyboard > Select None. Delect black circles layer.
Using papier 2, go to middle pink frame back and do the above.
Merge both pink sqaures together.
Open papier 3 and resize by 25%. Copy, paste, go to pink squares layer and do the following: Select All > Float > Defloat > Add paper as a new layer > Invert > Hit delete on your keyboard > Select None. Delect pink squares layer.
Using papier 3, go to pink circle layer and do the same as above.
Using papier 3, to go frame backs 2 and 3 and do the same as above.
Move frame 3 above raster 3.
Open your tube. Do not resize. Copy, paste as a new layer below frame 3. Center as I have then do the following: go to your frame background; Select All > Float > Defloat > Invert > Go to your tube layer > Hit delete > Select None. Merge these three layers down (frame 3, tube,  and background). Bring this new layer to the top.
Copy and paste tube again, this time under frame 2, making sure frame background is also near the frame.  Move to center, keeping "feeling lucky" tattoo viewable. Then, do the following: go to your frame background: Select All > Float > Defloat > Invert > Go to your tube layer > Hit delete > Select None. Merge these three layers down (frame 2, tube, and background). Bring this new layer to the top.
Open element_19 and resize by 15%. Copy, paste this as a new layer under your tube, moving it towards your upper left hand side middle frame. Duplicate, mirror, then flip and move it towards the bottom of middle frame.
Merge tube and leaves together.  Next, do the following: go to your frame background: Select All > Float > Defloat > Invert > Go to your tube/leaves layer > Hit delete > Select None.
Copy and paste your leaves again as a new layer. Move this towards the lower left hand side of your tag and move to under that frame layer. Duplicate layer, flip and mirror so that it is now in the upper right hand side of your frame. Move below this frame layer.
Open element 5 and resize by 20%. Place at the bottom of your tag, underneath left hand side frame. Drop shadow. Duplicate, flip and mirror so that this element is also at the top of the tag.
Open element 17 and resize by 20%. Copy, paste as a new layer and move this layer to between the left frame layer and the middle frame layer.
Open element 14 and resize by 15%. Copy, paste as a new layer and place this at the bottom right hand side of your tag, right at the end of the last element.
Open element 2 and resize by 15%. Copy, paste and move this layer to the right hand bottom of your tag, below your last layer.
Open element 10 and resize by 15%. Copy, paste and move this layer to the right hand bottom of your tag, above last layer.
Open element 1 and resize by 10%. Copy, paste and move this layer to the right hand bottom of your tag, below all flower layers.
Open element 4 and resize by 25%. Copy, paste and move this layer to the right hand bottom of your tag, below all flower layers but above ribbon layer.
Drop Shadow and crop, if desired. Add your name and copyright. Even though this is a FTU tube, please still add a copyright for this tube. Save and you're done!
