Open new canvas size 750x650.

Open element 21 (circle frame), copy and paste onto canvas.

Open element 22 (rectangle frame), copy and paste above element 21. Rotate 10%.

Open paper 24 and add this as a new layer below circle frame. Use your eraser tool to delete all overlaying paper around frame.

Open paper 5 and add this as a new layer below rectangle frame. Use your eraser tool to delete all overlaying paper around frame.

Open your standing tube of choice. For the tube I'm using, I've resized by 48% but, if you choice a different tube, you'll have to play with it until you get your size right. Center it in the middle of the center frame of circle frame.

Open you close-up tube of choice. I stayed with my purple theme and tube type. Resize it by 48% and move it under rectangle frame, on the right hand side, centering it as you do so.  Duplicate, mirror, and place correctly in opposite side of frame. Drop shadow each side. Use your eraser tool on 22 to get in close to erase all that is hanging outside of the frame. Merge down.

Open element 14, mirror, resize by 55% and move to the upper right hand side of your tag.

Open element 30, move to above Raster 2, duplicate. While on Raster 2 layer, do the following: Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat > Invert and then go to raster 8 and hit delete on your keyboard. Drop shadow raster 8 duplicate and erase edges on outside of left and right hand side frame.

Open elements 25-27 resize each by 45%. Add each of them in a row above circle frame.

Open element 2 and resize by 55%. Add it to the heart charm on the frame ribbon as shown.

Open element 7. Add it above the frame ribbon as shown.

Open element 3. Add it to bottom of tag. Duplicate and flip to top of tag.

Drop shadow all layers. Add your text. Crop or resize, if desired. Place your copyright tag after resize and save!
