Open the template and delete the credits plus the coloured dots; name and save as a *psd.

Open your choice of standing tube and add to the canvas; center then Upsize or resize if needed.

I started from the back first to replace my layers with papers. All papers were resized by 25% first.

2 blue rectangles = Paper 13

2Cream Rectangles = Paper 9

2 Green Rectangles = Paper 12

2 Brown Rectangles = Paper 2

My next sets of replacements were resized at 20%.

2 cream circles = paper 19

2 Brown circles = paper 11

2 blue & 2 brown glitter circles = paper 15

2 green circles = paper 12

Blue Rectangle = paper 11

Brown Rectangle = paper 4

Cream & Green Rectangle = paper 15

Cream Glitter Rectangle = paper 12

Blue Glitter Circle = paper 14

Brown Circle 1 = paper 18

Green & Blue Circle 1 = paper 12

I added a PSP noise of 65 on Uniform when replacing the papers of the glitter circles.

Change the colour on each of the dotted layers, opposite the colour under the dotted layer. (ie: Blue paper layer can get a white or red dotted overlay)

Just FYI: I deleted the dotted layers over the center of each of my three circle areas.

Open paper 4, resize by 24% and add above your white background.

Open the bunting flag resize by 55 and add below your blue glitter rectangle area. Duplicate, mirror, flip and then merge.

Open the flag, resize by 30% and add below your bunting layer; free rotate by 10 to the right.

Open wordart 3, resize by 45% and add, in pieces and in a new layer, right under your tube layer. I had to break mine up to get it in the manner I do now.

Invert your wordart’s colour, choose two colours from your layers and then, Effects > ICNET > Filters Unlimited > Gradients > Linear waves.

Add a PSP Bevel and gradient glow to make the wordart stand out.

Open flower 5, resize by 55% and add above the Flag layer.

Open flower 4, resize by 25% and add above the flag layer, pulling downward near legs.

Open the leaves, resize by and add below your flower 4 layer. Free rotate 10 degrees to the right for placement.

Add again to under the flag layer, but free rotate 90 to the left this time.

Add any embellishments you wish to now. I add two extra flowers by duplicating and resizing the ones I had and positioning them to my liking.

Drop Shadow layers, crop or resize to your liking then add your name with copyright. Upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy.
