Boom, Boom, Boom

“Stars and Stripes” (Name)
“God Bless America” (Name)
Firework Animations by Miss Minty (HERE)

ICNET Filters Unlimited: Linear Waves Gradient
Animation Shop 3

Let's Begin!

Create a canvas 1200x1200. Name and save as a *psd.

Open element 16, upsize by 125% and add to the canvas. Manually move to the middle and remove frames. Use the rotation settings below.

Duplicate and mirror the frame then merge.

Open the choice of the tube; upsize by 115% and add in between the two frames.

Open the paper of choice and add below the frame layer (centre); use the rotation below to centre in the left frame.

Duplicate the paper and mirror; merge.

Open element 25, upsize by 115% and add between the tube and frame layer; duplicate and mirror.

Open element 9, upsize by 115% twice and add above the frame layer.

Erase right side banner, duplicate and then merge.

Add element 24 above the frame layer; position at the edge of the star then duplicate and mirror. Merge both layers together. Do not DS or resize.

Crop the excess white off of the bottom; resize to 600 width.

Hide all layers. Copy merged the white layer into AS3 and created 11 frames from this.

Open the animation and add in several locations on the design. Two of my locations I simply mirrored my animation before adding:

On first animated frame: Edit > select all > Animation > Mirror. One by one, add back to PDN, and then save under “Boom, Boom, Boom Ani”.

Delete the white background on the original and flatten. Add this above all the animated layers.

Resize if needed, and then add name and copyright. My gradient was 1B345A and A31349.

In AS3, add each layer back in order. Remember, if you are working top to bottom, frames go before each other. Once completed, apply the optimisation settings.

Upload to the photo sharing site to enjoy.
