♥ Let's Begin! ♥

Open paper 11, apply the mask then add a new layer to flood-fill white; send to the bottom and centre.

Open element 5 (life preserver), upsize to 600 x 635 and add this to the canvas; centre align. Fill centre with paper 10.

Open the tube to create the one you want: Image > Flatten. Re-size by 40% and add to the canvas; centre in the frame.

Open element 37 (word art) and add above all layers and then open element 40 (sandcastle), re-size by 60% and add below the element 37 layer, left-hand side.

Open element 23or 24 (flower branch), rotate clockwise and then mirror before adding above the frame layer.

Add element 25 (honeysuckle) under element 23/ 24 and move to the left; erase excess on the right.

Open element 14 (blue flower), re-size by 60% and add above the tube layer, to the right of element 37 layer.

Open element 13 (yellow flower), re-size by 50% and add above the element 37 layer, and position to hide the flip flops; erase and excess.

Open element 12 (purple flower), re-size by 40% and add above the element 40 layer (sandcastle).

Open element 52 (leaves bunch), re-size by 50% and add in three places.

Add element 19 in two different places.

Open your choice of star, re-size by 55% and add to the design between the yellow flower and word art.

Add any special touches now. Crop/re-size and then add your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
