Create a canvas 900 x 900. Open the frame, re-size by 50% and add to the canvas. Remove addition lines, centre align and then rotate 5 degrees to the position.

Open the chalkboard paper, re-size by 25% and add below the frame layer.

Open the paper rose, re-size by 40% and add to the lower left-hand corner.

Open the brown star, re-size by 50% and add above the frame layer (upper rose) then rotate -5.00.

Open the burlap flower, re-size by 25% and add below the brown star.

Open the clock, re-size by 35% and add above the frame layer.

Re-size the paper rose again by 25% and add above the frame layer.

Open the doodle arrow, re-size by 45%, add above the frame layer and rotate by the settings below.

Open the blank tag, re-size by 45% and add above the frame layer; position in the two places shown by the design.

Open the butterfly, re-size by 45% and above all layers. Without undoing the re-size, re-size again by 50% and add in the upper left-hand corner.

Undo the last re-size, then re-size one last time by 75% and add it to the right-hand side of the frame.

Open paper swirls, re-size by 25% and apply the mask. Duplicate and pull downward to cover the design. Rotate like you did the frame and lower the opacity to 150.

Add any special touches now. Crop/re-size, DS the layers and then add your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
