Open paper 3, re-size by 25% and apply the mask of choice. Add a new layer, flood-fill white and send to the bottom; centre mask.

Open the frame, re-size by 40% and add to the middle of the canvas.

Open the tube, find your layers and merge. Copy and add below the frame layer. Mirror, position and then erase the excess. Add a PDN glow of 3. -39, 10 to this layer.

Resize the tube’s height by 900 and then add above the frame layer, right side.

Use flower 3 in different size to layer around the frame in a wave pattern (10, 15, and 20). To turn them different ways, just use mirror and flip.

Use the leaf, after an 18% decrease, around each flower. Use flip and mirror to change positions.

Use the leaf again on a 14% decrease around the smaller flowers. Rotate slightly, when needed.

Open the cats, re-size by 40% and add above the flower layers in the “sparse” spot. Duplicate and move below the flower layer (or layers, if you merged)

Open the button, re-size by 45% and add in two places below the flower layer.

Open the ribbon, re-size by 30% and add below the buttons layer; keep canvas size! Erase right-hand side that protrudes.

Duplicate the ribbon and add move below the cat layer. Erase left-hand cat (so only right hand will sit on the ribbon) then erase the ribbon to the right of the right cat.

Add any special touches now. Crop/resize and then add your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
