Let's Begin!

Open the mask and upsize to 800 height. Open paper 3 and apply mask. Add a new layer, flood-fill white, send to bottom and then manually center the mask. Save.

Add the lace frame 3 over the mask layer.

Open frame of choice and add above the lace frame.

Open the string and add above the lace frame. Duplicate then erase the top of one and the bottom of the other. Pull the bottom part down slightly.

Add paper 22 below the frame and remove excess.

Open the Journaling 1 tag, re-size by 40% and add above the frame layer.

Add heart button of choice, turn slightly, duplicate and then merge together.

Open flower 4, re-size by 80 and apply over the journal tag

Open flower 5, re-size by 75% and add below the journal tag; place one on the other side of the tag.

Add either leaves element above the frame layer. Duplicate and rotate to horizontal at the bottom.
Add the tube to the middle of the frame layer without re-sizing. Position and then remove the excess at the bottom of the tube; DS.

Let's Begin!

Add a new layer above the mask layer.

In PDN: Effects > 8bf Filter > Vanderlee Snowflakes > and then use the settings below.
Slowly erase the snow that’s on the white background, leaving only the mask snow. Duplicate this layer two more times.

Use the Xenofex Constellation settings below. ON the other two layers, just hit the random seed button.
Add your name, copyright and then resize. Hide each snow layer, in order, when placing into AS3.

Apply the optimisation settings, save and then upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy.
