Snow Bear

Supplies Used

“Bernadette” (NAME)
“Snow Bear” by Kristin Aagard (HERE)
Mask 43 by Chrissy’s Chaos (HERE)
Eye Candy 5: Bevel

Let's Begin!

Create a canvas 1200 x 1200; add element 21 to canvas and center.

Open frame 2, re-size by 35% and add to the canvas.

Open paper 2, re-size by 50% and add to the frame opening.

Open paper 1B and apply the mask. I had to upsize mine to 1300 to add. Darken as you would like to see it.

Duplicate the paper layer. On layer 2, flip the paper and then manually place it into position. One layer 3, mirror the paper and then manually place it into position. Neither paper has to be perfect, just close to it.

Choose your chosen label and apply above the frame. My left tip touches the brown strip in the frame.

Open the snow bear and re-size by 40%, add to the left of the label.

Open dots 1, re-size by 50% and add below the label layer. Use a small eraser on 14% to erase excess.

Open dots 3 but do not re-size. Add these above the frame layer and position to your liking. Duplicate several times and merge to darken.

Open pine 1, re-size by 35%, rotate and then mirror; add under the label layer. Erase the further pine branch from under the bear layer.

Add another pine branch on the left-hand side of the frame as well.

Open swirl 1, mirror, re-size by 25% and then add above the pine branch layer; flip and position.

Open snowflake 4, re-size by 35% and add at the end of the label layer.

Open snowflake 1, re-size by 30% and add above the bear’s head.

Open snowflake 3, re-size by 15% and add one above and one below the label layer.

Drop shadow everything to your liking. Add your own personal touches now.

Crop/resize to your liking then add your name with copyright. Animate, if you like, or keep static. Upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy.

    1. I'm so sorry about that. Sometimes I do not add a certain aspect so that others doing the tutorial can add their own spice to it. However, this was easy. I just duplicated the frame paper layer and flipped it back and forth before adding each layer into Animation Shop 3. Easy-Peasy!
