The kit that I am using is no longer available and was discontinued on December 31, 2018. However, she still has some really good kits to choose from to help you re-create this tutorial.

Open your template and resize your canvas to 1000 x 1000; flood-fill the white background and save.

Open patterned paper 4, resize to 900 x 900, replace "2 White Squares 3," "2 White Circles 1" and " 2 White Squares 1" then delete original layers.

Open paper 2, resize to 900 x 900, replace "2 Lt. Blue Squares 2," "2 Lt. Blue Circles," "White Circle 2," "2 Lt. Blue Squares 1," "White Circle 2," "White Circle 1," and then delete all original layers.

Open patterned paper 2, resize by 900 x 900, replace "Lt. Blue Circle 1," "Lt. Blue Circle 3," "2 White Squares 2," and then delete the original layers.

Open paper 6, resize to 1100 x 1100 and replace "Lt. Blue Circle 2." .

Use 366DAA to replace all glitter layers then delete the original layers. Go to Effects > Noise > Grain > Amount 200 > Balance -41 > OK. Rename all of these layers "Grain Circle" or "Grain Squares." I also used this to replace all of the dotted layers as well.

Use C6D9E4 on the layer "2 White Circles 2" and delete the original layer.

At this time, I drop shadowed every layer to my liking.

Open the tube and resize by 1200 in width. Do not worry about the placement as of yet or the size. We will adjust and erase later.

Open element 5, resize by 25% and flip vertical. Add below paper 2 layer on the right side. DS, duplicate and then mirror to place on the other side. Merge the layers together.

Open element 58, resize width to 850 and add above the tube layer; erase the excess dress.

Open element 44, resize by 30% and add to the left and right of the element 5 layer.

Open element 42, resize by 20% and add (left) above the layer 44 flower and (right) below the layer 44 flower.

Open element 45, resize by 40% and add below the "banner" layer. Open element 47, resize by 20% flip horizontal and then add above the element 45 layer.

Open element 11, resize by 40% and add below the the grain circles (right) and above the big grain circle (left).

Open element 13, resize by 25% and place near the last leaves layers. Open element 29, resize by 25% and add in two places in your design.

Open element 32, resize by 25% and add above the green leaves layers. Open element 21, resize by 25% and then add above the element 13 layer.

Open element 7, resize by 25%, flip and mirror, and then add to the left of the design, under the banner.

Open element 8 and resize to different sizes to create a pine bunch under the banner. Open element 45, resize by 40% and add below the "banner" layer but above the pine leaves layer.

Duplicate elements 42 and flip then position. Open element 31, resize by 30% and then fill in between elements 42. Use element 29 (a duplicate) to fill in between the flower layers.

Open element 34, resize by 40%, flip and mirror, and then add above and below the pine leaves layer.

Now is the time to re-position the tube layer and erase the excess. Drop shadow all of your layers now and add a mask, if you so choose.

Add glow to your layers in the radius, brightness and contrast that you want. Do NOT do the lighter elements, as they become too bright. Use your best judgement.

Resize, add your name and copyright, then upload to enjoy.
