Create a canvas 1000 x 1000; we'll resize and crop later, when needed.
Open shoreline frame 1 and rotate to standing; resize by 25%, center align and rotate again by -5.00.
Open the bingo card, resize by 55% and add below the frame layer. Now position the frame slightly to the right and the bingo card to the left (as shown in the tag).
Open patterned paper 24 and resize by 25%; add above the frame layer, rotate the same as the frame layer and remove the excess.
Open the boat, mirror, resize by 35% and then add above the paper layer. Drop shadow before removing excess . Open the resin seahorse, resize by 35% and then add above the frame layer, middle of the boat image.
Open the standing tube, resize HEIGHT to 900 and then add in the middle of the design, above all layers.
Open bow 2, resize by 80% and add above all layers at the bottom of the tube; erase excess tube from under the bow. Open the crab, resize by 15% and position over the rose layer, making it look as if it is sitting there.
Open words 1, resize by 25% and add above the bow layer. Open bottle cap 1, resize by 50% and add above the rose layer.
Open rose 2, resize by 25% and add to the right of the design, above the tube layer. Open flower 2, resize by 15% and add below the rose layer, positioning near the seahorse.
Open rosette 1 (pattern 5), resize by 25% and add above the bingo card. Open little red flower, resize by 40% and then add above the rosette.
Open flower 6, resize by 45% and add below the rosette. Open the compass, resize by 17% and add above all the left hand flower layers. Manually turn and then drop shadow to your liking.
Open sand 1, resize by 25% and then add in two places: one above the tube layer and one below the compass layer. On each, erase all on the right hand side; on the left hand side (below the compass) erase all after the blue flower and, on the one above the tube layer, erase all sand that covers the compass.
Open strings 1, resize by 30% and add to both sides of the design, above the bingo card. Open the lighthouse, resize by 32% and add below the left hand side string layer. Open the seagull, resize by 15% and add above the lighthouse layer.
Add any extra elements you'd like to see now before cropping and/or resizing (like I did with my mask layer). Add your chosen name and copyright after resizing.
Open flower 6, resize by 45% and add below the rosette. Open the compass, resize by 17% and add above all the left hand flower layers. Manually turn and then drop shadow to your liking.

On each, erase all on the right hand side; on the left hand side (below the compass) erase all after the blue flower and, on the one above the tube layer, erase all sand that covers the compass.
