 Let's Begin! 

Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Using paper 5 and replace all dark pink layers of the template (layers 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17).

Using paper 11 and replace all medium pink layers of the template (layers 19, 16, 12, 8, 5, and 3).

Replace remaining layers with the colour 9CCB38, duplicaate, add a noise setting to your liking to the top layer and a white outline to the bottom layer (now merge).

To get the tube to look like mine. I added her above all layers, duplicate, moved down the duplicate to under several layers of the template and then kept deleting the excess from each duplicate until I reached the last one above the circle. This one I drop shadowed and eliminated the excess at the bottom with my eraser.

Open bow 2 and add to the left above all layers. Open the chain and add to the right side of the design. Duplicate the bow, mirror and then position above the chain layer.

Open the dots and add to the lower left hand corner of the design. Duplicate, mirror and flip and position at the top of the design. Merge these layers.

Open frame 5 and add under all the center circle layers. Open flower 2, resize by 50% and fill in the holes in the frame 5 layer. Duplicate and mirror/flip when needed and merge layers as you go along.

Open flower 1, resize by 45% and fill in the frame layer even more. Duplicate as you go along, mirror/flip and merge the layers. Add bow 1 above all layers, manually turn slightly and move to the bottom of the tube layer.

Open the sequins, rotate and then add to the left side of the design, under the yellow bow. Duplicate and position slightly upward, under the tube layer.

Open the corner, resize by 50% and add under the yellow bow layer; turn slightly to suit the design. Open ribbon 3, resize by 50% and add under the corner layer.

Add any elements you wish now. Crop or resize to your liking, before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
