Create a canvas 1000 x 1000; open paper 2, resize by 90% and apply your mask. Add to the canvas and center align.

Open frame 1, resize by 55% and add above the mask layer; duplicate for two frames. Move these frames around until you get the look you desire and then clear up the lower frame from the upper frame opening.

Open paper 3 and fill both frame openings. Open the tube, merge your desired layers, merge together and resize by 90%; add above all layers.

Open element 84, resize by 80% and then add to the left of the design, under the frame paper layer. Drop shadow now. Duplicate this layer, mirror, and merge these tow layers together.

Again, duplicate the element 84 layer, and then rotate the layer by -85.10. I then pushed this layer smaller, using my move tool, until I could see my mask layer.

Open element 41, resize by 50% and then add above the frame layers. Duplicate and move the other to the left, but higher.

Open element 26, resize by 40% and add near the puppy's paw. Open element 86, resize by 80% and add above the frame layers.

Open element 87, mirror, resize by 40% and then add above the element 41 later. Open element 70, resize by 40% and add above the element 87 layer.

Open element 78, resize by 40% and add above the frame layer. Open element 10, resize by 35% and add above the element 41 layer.

Open element 57, resize by 40% and add above the element 84 layer; duplicate and mirror either to the top or bottom (depending on where you placed yours first).

Open element 25, resize by 50% and then add near element 57 at the top. Duplicate this layer two more times and place them where you please.

Open element 94, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer. Open element 54, resize by 50% and add in the upper left hand corner, above element 84 layer.

Open element 64, resize by 30% and add in two places. Open element 6, mirror, resize by 50% and place behind the element 94 layer.

Crop and/or resize now. Apply your name an copyright, then upload to enjoy.
