Create a canvas 900 x 900; we'll resize later. Open frame 5, mirror and add to the canvas; center align.

Open the palm tree and add above the frame layer. Move this until it fills the upper right hand frame. 

Duplicate the palm tree and move one below the frame layer. Grab the magic wand, click inside the frame opening, invert selection and hit delete on the upper palm tree layer. Move this layer to below the frame layer.

Move the lower layer above the frame layer. Remove excess palm tree from lower, middle frame opening by using the eraser tool.

Open paper one, add above the frame layer, duplicate for three layers, and then use the magic wand tool to remove all excess paper. Merge all three layers together and move below the frame layer.

Open the close up tube and add to the left frame. Lower opacity to 132.

Duplicate the frame layer, renaming the bottom layer "Frame 5 - inner drop shadow." Use a drop shadow of  6 - 4 - 0 - 6 - 125 - colour 132 for R, G and B. Use your magic wand to eliminate the excess shadow from the outside of the frame layer. Do not merge.

Open the beach sign, resize by 75% and add above all layers, near the palm tree. 

Add the net above the paper layer, drop shadow tight, and then eliminate the excess. Add greenery 3 above all layers, to the right.

Open leaves, resize by 85% and add above the greenery 3 layer. Open the sandcastle, resize by 75% and place between the two largest leaves in the leaves cluster.

Open the dots, add above the frame layer, remove lower dots with the eraser and then lower the opacity to 200.

Open the bottle, resize by 75% and then add below the sandcastle. Open flower 4, resize by 50% and add above the bottle.

Open the surfboard, resize by 75% and add above the frame layer. Manually rotate slightly and then move below the frame. Duplicate and move above the frame layer, drop shadow and then remove the excess at the bottom of the frame.

Open the wave, resize by 50% and add it under the sandcastle. Add the lights above the frame layer and center align.

Open paper 3 and apply the mask. If you must enlarge the paper, do so. Add this below all layers. I had to turn my background black to see it so that I could move mine into place. Crop as close tot he design as you possibly can now.

Resize the design slightly to make it smaller. Now, open your standing tube and add it above the frame layer.

Drop shadow all of your layers now. Add your name and copyright then upload to enjoy.
