Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open mask and upsize to 900 widths; apply to paper 11 and add above the white background; center align. Add element 65 and center align.

Add frame 5b and use paper 20 to fill the center. Open the tube and sort it out; resize by 70% and add to the frame center. Duplicate, move one down and remove access. Do the same with the top tube layer.

Open element 21, rotate, resize by 80% and add to the bottom of the frame (covering the deer). Open element 16, resize by 50% and add above the leaves layer.

Open element 40, resize by 65% and add below the flower layer. Open element 6 and add above the frame layer; erase excess at the bottom.

Open element 58 and work it under the element 6 layer until it is positioned; erase excess at the bottom. Open element 75, resize by 65% and add above the nest layer.

Open element 36, resize by 45% and add below the pink flower layer. Undo this resize and do so again by 25%; add this above the frame (bottom) in two places.

Open element 50, resize by 40% and add above the element 58 layer. Open element 66, resize by 35% and add to the left of the design, above the frame.

Add any elements that you'd like now and then drop shadow all layers. Crop and/or resize to your liking before adding the chosen name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
