Sizzlin' Summer

Mermaid 7 by VeryMany (HERE)
Sizzlin' Summer by MizTeeque (HERE)
Mask by Leather and Lace (HERE)
“Windmill Script” (NAME)
DSB Bubbles (HERE)

Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open the mask and upsize to 798 widths (height will follow) and save. Apply this mask to paper 1 (5), then add to the canvas and center align.

Open the tube and choose the reclining tube. Resize by 53% and add above the frame layer. Open element 1 (10), resize by 55% and add above the mermaid.

Add element 1 (17) above the mask layer. Open element 1 (7) and place to the right of the mermaid (under); duplicate and mirror to the left, then move below the first layer.

Open element 1 (28), resize by 38% and add it between the mermaid's hands. Open element 1 (26) and add below the frame layer, making sure the left end of the rainbow is tucked behind the mermaid's tail.

Open element 1 (33), resize by 35% and add below the mermaid's tail. Open element 1 (11), resize by 30% and add behind the mermaid.

Open element 1 (18), resize by 50% and add behind the summer word art. Open element 1 (29), resize by 30%, mirror and then place behind the mermaid's hand.

Open element 1 (30), resize by 25% and add near the mermaid's tail. Open element 1 (32), resize by 20% and add below the element 1 (29) layer.

Open element 1 (13), resize by 50%, and add above the mermaid's tail. Open element 1 (19), resize by 15% and add on the mermaid's hair.

Crop and/or resize as you need. Add your name and copyright now. Duplicate the frame paper for four (4) layers to prepare for animation.

One each of the upper three (3) layers, apply DSB bubbles, just changing the bubbles option from 30-40-50 each time.

Open the upper three (3) layers, erase all of the paper from above the rainbow and around the outside of the frame layer.

Put each of these, starting with the highest bubbles first, until they are in reverse order. Apply your optimization  settings and save.

Now you have rainbow glitter! LOL Upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy.
