Open the template, delete the word art, copyright and pumpkins, add a new layer to flood-fill and then send to the bottom. Once at the bottom, resize the canvas to 755 widths (height will follow).

Open the standing tube and add above all template layers. Position legs IN the lowest template area, then duplicate and move the lowest tube layer to ABOVE that layer. Remove excess.

On the upper tube layer, drop shadow now and remove the legs.

Open the close-up tube and position above the layer 10 black square. Duplicate and move above the layer 11 black square. Use the tube in EACH layer.

On the TOP tube layer, use a regular Penta Colour Dot setting and then a Paint.Net glow of your choice.

Merge together layer 4 and 5 and then replace with paper wavy, after a 20% resize. Duplicate, outline white (width by 5) and rename white outline.

Use paper blue, after an 18% resize, and replace layer 9. Duplicate, outline white (width by 5) and rename white outline.

Use paper map, after an 18% resize, and replace layer 6 BUT do not delete the old layer. Instead, outline it in white (width by 5) and rename white outline.

Open paper tan, resize by 18% and replace layers 1 through 3. Now duplicate EACH layer, outline in white (width by 5) and rename white outline. Make sure EACH white outline is below the regular layers.

Open the mask and resize to 800 widths (height will follow).

Open paper stars, resize by 25% and apply the mask; add below all layers and center align.

Open the sailboat, resize by 25% and add below the tube layer.

Open the compass, resize by 20% and add below the tube layer.

Open the lighthouse, resize by 30% and add below the white outline layer of the blue paper layer.

Open the postage stamp of your choice, resize by 25% and add below the compass layer.

Open the light blue flower (or your flower of choice), resize by 18% and add above the tan rectangle layer. I added another above the compass layer, after a 10% resize.

Open ribbon boats, resize by 20%, mirror and then add above all layers. I duplicated this layer and move it above the compass layer, then drop shadowed the top layer and erased the excess.

Open the brown shell, resize by 13% and add under the blue flower layer.

Open the tan starfish, resize by 20% and add above the blue wavy paper layer.

Open the red flower, resize by 9% and add above the map layer. Add one below the compass layer.

Open Navy Ribbon Flower, resize by 20% and add above all template layers.

Open the propeller, resize by 9% and add above the ribbon layer.

Open the blue button, resize by 12% and add above the propeller layer.

Add any elements you like at this point. Crop and/or resize to your needs before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
