For the Red White and Blue

Sexy Rose American Babe by Arthur Crowe (HERE)
Retro USA by Dee (HERE)
Template by Millie (HERE)
Simple Mask 3 by Dee (HERE)
“Chais Hand” (NAME)
Eye Candy 4000 Bevel Boss

Open the template, open the white background, and then change the canvas size to 850 widths (height will follow).

Copy the word art layer (layer 2) and paste as a new image. Resize to 825 widths (height will follow) and then add back to the canvas, above the white background; center align.

Duplicate the word art layer (layer 2), outline the bottom layer and give the top layer a noise setting of your choice ( I only changed my top number to 84). Tightly drop shadow the lower layer as well.

Open the tube, resize by 80% and add in the center of the template, covering the middle square; delete layer 10.

Open the close up 2 layer, resize by 50% and add in the left and right squares. I did one side, duplicated, mirrored and it positioned itself.

Use paper 12 to replace layers 4. Use paper 4 to replace layers 5 and 7. Use paper 15 to replace layer 1. Use paper 20 to replace layers 3 and 6.

Open element 2, resize by 70%, add above all template layers and to the left of the standing tube.

Open element 44, resize by 70% and add below the baseball layer.

Open element 29, resize by 60% and add under the tube layer, left hand side.

Add element 66 under paper 20 layer twice. I mirrored the second addition (to the left) before positioning and flipped (right) before adding a third under the first layer.

Open element 26, resize by 50% and add above all layers (under the tube layer) and position by the right close up layer.

Add element 69, after mirroring, above the right hand leaf layer.

Open element 61, resize by 65%, and add above the upper left leaf layer.

Open element 43, resize by 80% and add above the paper 4 layer; slightly turn to fit.

Open 63, resize by 30% and add above the tube layer (left).

Use your paper of choice and apply the mask. Push the mask layer as closely as you can to your design and then crop as close as you can to the mask layer (duplicate until visible if you need to, then delete excess layers).

Resize the design as need, and before you add your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
