Open the template. Change the canvas size to 900 x 900 (flood-fill the white background fully) and then save under the new filename.

Open paper 3 and apply the mask. Resize this by 70% and add below the circle layers; duplicate to your liking and merge mask layers together.

Use paper 3 to fill in template layer 3 and 4 (centers only) and delete any remaining paper. Merge the paper layers together and move under the frame layers.

Now merge the frame layers and replace them with paper 10; do not merge these layers.

Open paper 6 and replace template layer 5. Now, resize same paper by 70% and replace template layer 7.

Open paper 12, resize by 80% and replace template layers 6 and 8.

Merge template layers 1 and 2 together, replace with paper 17.

Open spray 6, resize by 80% and add below the paper 17 layer, above the mask layers; duplicate and flip this one to the bottom (reposition, if you need to).

Open element 57, resize by 50% and add (manually) in little sections above the spray 6 layer. Duplicate, flip and then manually reposition at the bottom.

Open spray 2 and add to the lower right hand corner, above paper 17.

Open element 25, add above the spray, and then remove any excess to the left of the lover frame.

Open element 38, resize by 60% and add in the lower right hand corner, above all layers.

Open element 10, resize by 50%, and add below the element 38 layer.

Open element 58, resize by 70% and add above the element 10 layer.

Open element 2, mirror, resize by 80% and add above the element 38 layer.

Open element 23, resize by 80% and place all around the mask layer manually.

Open element 9, resize by 65% and then add below all element layers; lighten the flower via hue and saturation.

Open element 14, resize by 35% and then add above all element layers.

Open element 7, resize by 40%, and add below the element 14 layer.

Open element 5, resize by 40% and add below element 10 layer.

If you need to, this is the time that you can adjust your mask layer. 

Then, open paper 6 and apply the mask again. This time, add the mask to the middle of the design (above the first mask layer) and then pull downward to the left hand corner. Add another layer in the middle but pull upwards instead.
