Open the template, resize to 987 widths and then do a canvas resize of 1087 widths; flood-fill white and save. Delete the light pink rectangle layer.

Move the R and L word art to above the spring word art layers and position in the frames.

Open kb_gardenparty_pl_03, resize by 25% and replace layers Large Pink Circle, Gradient Fills and Middle Gradient Fill.

Open kb_gardenparty_pp_04, resize by 30% and replace the purple rectangle layer.

Open kb_gardenparty_pl_01, resize by 30% and replace layers R and L purple circles.

Open kb_gardenparty_pp_03b, resize by 30% and replace the pink circles layer.

Open kb_gardenparty_WA-01, resize by 50% and then add above all layers.

Open kb_gardenparty_pl_04, resize by 25% and replace all the word art.

Use colour 577591 to outline all the word art and then drop shadow.

I duplicated all layers and then outlined then in white by 5 and then add noise.

Open the tube, gather your layers, resize by 50% and add to the right of all the template layers.

Open kb_gardenparty_bow, resize by 25% and add above the word art.

Open kb_gardenparty_flutter, resize by 15% and add above the bow.

Crop as close as you can tot he design, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
