Open the template, resize to 750 widths and then a canvas resize of 850 widths. Delete the first two layers, flood-fill the background white again, delete the black strip and the gold strip, then save.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Pp (1), flip, resize by 25% and add to the frame openings.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Pp (9), resize by 25% and replace the two black circle layers.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Pp (3), resize by 20% and replace the star gradient, gold circle and large gold circle layers.

Open the tube, resize the tube to 510 widths and add to the design; center align. Add the close up to the two frame openings and add Penta color dot.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Lmnts (3), resize by 20% and add above the black frame layers.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Lmnts (16), resize by 20% and add one above the star dotted layer and one above the right paper 9 layer (right).

Open Btc-Celebrate-Lmnts (29), resize by 20% and add below both flower layers.

Open Btc-Celebrate-Lmnts (4), resize by 20% and add above all template layers; mirror and then slightly turn. I did it again (above all frame layers) after a 15% resize and 10% (lower right).

Open Btc-Celebrate-Lmnts (19), resize by 20% and add below the ribbon layer (right side).

I duplicated the three lower circles, outlined them and then added a noise setting.

Crop as close as you can to the design, and resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
