Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.
Open Candystreats_paperBoysWinkBlack and apply the mask; center align.
Add CandysTreats-PinkwinkFrame11, rotate, and then add candystreats_paper6 to the center openings.
Open the tube, resize by 90%, add above all the layers and then center align.
Add CandysTreats-PinkWA2, making sure that it is under the tube layer, and to the left.
Open candystreats-PinkwinkBubbles and add in the upper left and lower right sides, above the mask layer. I also added one single bubble that I removed from the bunch to fill it out.
Open CandysTreatsPinkWinkVine2, flip, and then resize by 75% and add above the frame layer; duplicate, mirror and then drop shadow both.
Open CandysTreatsPinkWinkFlower6, resize to 900 widths and add above the leaves layer.
Add Candystreats-PinkwinkTwistRibbon2 above the frame layer, closer to the middle.
Add Candystreats-PinkwinkCharm5wBow above the twisted ribbon layer, but under the tube layer.
Open CandysTreats-PinkWinkFlower1, and add above the flower 6 layer to position (on both sides); move below, duplicate, move above, drop shadow, and then remove the excess (on both sides).
Open CandysTreats-PinkSwirl, resize to 700 widths and add above the vine2 layer.
Open CandysTreatsPinkWinkFlower9, resize by 25% and add above the vine2 layer.
Add Candystreats-PinkwinkStud above the vine2 layer in two places (upper and lower).
Open CandysTreats-PinkWinkFlower8, resize by 25%, and add one above the flower6 layer and one above the flower 9 layer.
Add both flower 8 and 9 above the mask layer (without resizing), and then crop as close as you can to the mask layer.
Resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright. Stop here, if you want a static design. Simply upload to enjoy.
(Note: I added CandysTreats-PinkWA6 above all layers after I resized my image.)
Open Animation01 in Animation Shop 3: Edit > Select all > Animation > Resize Animation > Pixel Size > Height 695.
Hide all layers above the frame layer: Select all > Copy Merge > add into AS3 for 16 frames.
Go back to the Animation: Select All > Copy > Go to the static design > Select All > Paste > Paste into the Selected Frame > position.
Paste EACH LAYER back into Paint.Net (as a new image, with all other layers on top) until all are back into your program.
Go to your static image, hide all lower layers used, and then undo the top layers: Edit > Select All > Copy Merge > and then add them all to the top of the animated layers.
Now that your animated design is ready, add back into AS3 (one at a time) until they are all in order; save.
Upload to Imgur, using the BBCode as a link, to enjoy.
