Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (14), resize by 43% and add to the canvas; center align.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Pp (1), resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Pp (2), resize to your needs, and apply the mask. I worked my mask to make it look as it does.
Open the tube, resize by 75% and add above the frame layer; center align, duplicate, move one below the frame, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess on both.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (4), resize by 27% and add above all layers.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (11), mirror, flip, resize by 35% and add below the glitter scatter layer.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (15), resize by 40% and add above all layers (right). (Later, I added another, under the element 13 layer, after a 20% resize.)
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (5), resize by 20% and add under the element 15 layer.
Open Btc_SnowedIn_Elm (13), resize by 75% and add under the element 15 layer.
Crop as close as you can to the mask layer, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy (if you want a static design).
Download the free animation and open in AS3. You will see that there are 19 frames to this animation, so you will need to add 19 copies to the program for your design.
After cropping, and resizing (I did mine at 753 widths), add your name and copyright to the design.
Hide all layers BELOW the frame layer, copy this merged, and start as a new design; save under an animated file name (ie. "SnowedInAni"). Do NOT add your name to this just yet (just copyright information).
Hide all layers above the frame paper layer and add your 19 frames into AS3 (as a new animated design).
Go to the animation: Edit > Select All > Animation > Resize > 73% > ok.
Go to your added frames: Edit > Select All > Paste Into Selected Frame > Position.
Add EACH of these layers BACK into Paint.Net (in order).
Now, add each of these frames BACK into AS3, in order, or your animation will go backwards.
Add your optimization settings and save; upload to Imgur to enjoy.
