Create a canvas 800 x 800. We can always crop and resize later.

Use ForeverLove_Paper3_ZiggyFan_Scraps and apply your mask; add to the canvas and center align (if needed).

Open ForeverLove_Frame3_ZiggyFan_Scraps and add to the upper left of the design.

Open ForeverLove_Frame1_ZiggyFan_Scraps and align with the first frame; mirror and flip to position to the other side.

Use ForeverLove_Paper6_ZiggyFan_Scraps to replace both frame openings.

Return to the frame layers and erase the frame 1 corner from the frame 3 layer.

Open ForeverLove_Lock-Key_ZiggyFan_Scraps, resize by 50% and add above the black ribbons frame.

Open ForeverLove_Bow-White_ZiggyFan_Scraps, resize by 50% and add above the locket layer.

Add ForeverLove_Rose-Red_ZiggyFan_Scraps above the white ribbon, drop shadow, and then use a size 30 eraser to remove the middle and end.

Add ForeverLove_Button_ZiggyFan_Scraps above the mask layer, hiding any open spots.

Add the tube over all layers, mirror, duplicate, move one below the frames layer and remove excess on both layers.

Use ForeverLove_Lables_ZiggyFan_Scraps to create the word art shown in the tag.

I used all ricrac around my word art. I just simply added and removed some excess with my eraser.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
