Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Add FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element97 to the canvas and center align.

Add FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element39 to the canvas and center align.

Use FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Paper22 to element 39.

Open FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element13, resize to 700 widths, add to the canvas, send below all layers and center align.

Add FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element19 above the white background and position.

Open FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element90, resize by 75% and add to the right of the frame.

Open FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element54, resize by 75% and add above the bow layer.

Open FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element104, resize by 75% and add under the bow layer.

Open FK_LS_St.PaddyDay_Element27, resize to 645 widths and add above the frame layer; position.

Duplicate above layer and remove excess on the bottom layer with the frame edges. Drop shadow the top layer, remove excess and merge the layers.

Open the tube, mirror, resize by 60% and add above the frame layer. Duplicate, move one below the frame layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess on both.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
