Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open MSG_PFAD_freebie-byLisa, resize by 23% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open MSG_PFAD_freebie-byKarrie, resize by 35% and add above the first layer. Duplicate, move one below the first frame layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess to the right.

Use colourEA7F8D to add to the first frame, with a regular DBS Bright Noise setting.

Create a new canvas; use 515A7F to flood-fill and apply the mask. I upsized my mask to fit behind my frames. I added a glow, VTR 2012 and then dropped the opacity to 175.

Use colour 7DB3BF to fill the second frame and use a regular Penta Dot and Cross setting.

Open the tube and select the sitting one; resize by 45% and position over all the layers. Duplicate, move one below the second frame layer, and remove the excess.

Drop shadow the top tube layer and remove the excess.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
