Download the template, resize to 900 widths and a canvas size to 1100 widths. We'll resize later.

Use GS-Happy_New_Year_Paper4 to replace layer 6. 

Use GS-Happy_New_Year_Paper6 to replace layer 5.

Use GS-Happy_New_Year_Paper1 to replace all star layers.

Use GS-Happy_New_Year_Paper5 to replace all blue circles.

Use GS-Happy_New_Year_Paper3 to replace the white squares and then add a Penta dot and cross setting.

I used 9C7856 to outline all of my layers.

Open the tube and add above all layers.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Clock and add above the white background.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_GlitterBall and add above the white background.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Branch and add above the white background.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_CityScape, resize by 60% and add above the middle star paper layer.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Deco1 and add above the branch layers.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Stars and add below the left lower star layer. Duplicate, move above the paper 6 layer and remove excess.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Bow and add below the tube layer.

Add GS-Happy_New_Year_Bottle above all layers.

Add GS-Happy_New_Year_Glass above the bottle layer.

Open GS-Happy_New_Year_Hat, resize by 65% and add above the glass layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
