Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_Frame_7, resize by 40% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_BackgroundPaper_1, resize by 25% and apply the mask. I added mine in the bottom first, duplicated, mirrored and flipped to position again and then merged the layers.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_Stamp_Family, erase all wording but "Family", resize by 40% and add above the frame layer, lower right hand side. Duplicate, outline the bottom layer and drop shadow; add a glass setting to the top and merge the layers.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_quotelabel_1c, resize by 50% and add under the above wording.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_flower_19, resize by 20% and add below the label layer.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_Leaves_5, resize by 20% and add above the flower 19 layer. Duplicate, mirror and flip, then move to above the mask layer (upper right).

Open Jumpstart_LOL_flower_4, resize by 25% and add above both leaves 5 layer (mirror and flip for the upper right).

Open Jumpstart_LOL_flower_25, resize by 35% and then use the rotation settings below to rotate; move into position.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_flower_18, resize by 25% and add below the flower 25 layer.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_Twig_1, resize by 20% and add above the frame layer. Pull upwards and erase the excess near the word art. Duplicate, mirror and flip, then position above the mask layer (upper right hand side).

Open Jumpstart_LOL_flower_12, resize by 30% and add above the upper right twig layer.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_RibbonClasp_3, resize by 25% and position over all layer at the top. Duplicate, move one below the upper flower 4 layer and remove excess to the right.

Use an eraser on 11% to blend both the top and bottom ribbon clasp into the mask layer to hide the harsh left side edges.

Open Jumpstart_LOL_Bookplate_1, resize by 30% and add above the clasp in the ribbon clasp layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed), before adding your name and/or any copyrights; upload to enjoy.
