Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We'll resize later.

Add hpd_FEFR_El14 to the canvas and center align.

Use hpd_FEFR_P13 for the frame opening and mask layer.

Open hpd_FEFR_El66, resize to 700 widths, add above all layers and center align.

Add hpd_FEFR_El49 above all layers.

Add hpd_FEFR_El20 above the paper layer twice, one behind the other, drop shadow with a tight drop and remove excess.

Add hpd_FEFR_El19 twice: one above the first grass layer (right) and one under the grass layer (left).

Add hpd_FEFR_El10 above the frame layer to position, duplicate, move one to above the frame paper layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess.

NOTE: to get the look I have, I kept duplicating both top and bottom, positioned them, and then merged them together.

Open the tube, resize 631 widths and add above all layers.

Open hpd_FEFR_El11, resize by 55% and add above the branches layer.

Open hpd_FEFR_El50, resize by 50% and above the egg house layer.

Open hpd_FEFR_El22, resize by 50%, mirror and add below the tube layer.

Open hpd_FEFR_El72 and add above all layers. I added a dark outline to highlight the word art before drop shadow.

Open hpd_FEFR_El44, resize by 70% and add above the frame layer.

Open hpd_FEFR_El56 and add below the flower layer; mirror to position and remove any excessive stem.

Open hpd_FEFR_El33, resize by 40% and add above the tulip layer; turn to position over the middle tulip.

Open hpd_FEFR_El5, resize by 40% and add above the word art layer; manually rotate.

Open hpd_FEFR_El6, mirror, resize by 55% and add under the word art layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
