Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open SCR-IC-frame, resize by 25% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open SCR-IC-pp11, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Duplicate the frame layer and use the blur setting below on the lower frame layer.

Open SCR-IC-ribbon01, resize by 45% and add above all layers.

Open the tube and add to one side of the ribbon layer.

Open SCR-IC-horseshoe02, mirror, resize by 40% and then add below the ribbon layer (to position).

Duplicate the horseshoe, move above the ribbon layer, drop shadow, and carefully remove the excess with an eraser.

Open SCR-IC-clover02, resize by 30% and add above all layer.

Open SCR-IC-clover03, resize by 25% and add to the opposite side of the first clover.

Open SCR-IC-flower03, resize by 23% and add above the clover layers.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
