Add SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_p12 to the frame opening.

Add SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele02 above all layers; duplicate, move one below the frame layer and remove excess on both layers.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele29, resize by 50% and add above all layers; manually rotate.

Add SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele04 over all layers, near the pocket watch.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele31, resize by 60% and add above the frame paper.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele27, resize 70% and add below the disco ball layer.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele05, resize by 75% and add above the car layer.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele32, resize by 40% and add above all layers.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele08, resize by 50% and add above the pocket watch layer; manually turn to position.

Open SKDS_HappyNewYrBT_ele38, resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Open the tube and add the half body tube above the frame layer.

Apply your mask.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
