Create a canvas 1000 x 1000; we'll resize later.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Frame_3, resize by 50% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_PattPaper_5, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Add your half body tube now.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_DblFrame_2, use an eraser to remove the heart stem, resize by 35% and add under all layers; duplicate and mirror to position other side.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_PattPaper_14, resize by 25% and add to the frame openings.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Leaf_2, rotate, resize by 35% and add above the double frame layer.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Leaf_7, resize by 35% and add below the white leaf layer; manually rotate.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_FlowerSprig_1, resize by 35% and add above the white leaf layer.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Bow_3, resize by 35% and add below the tube layer; manually rotate and then remove excess bow on top of double frames.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Flower_12, resize by 50% and add above the flower sprig layer.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_Smiley_3, resize by 25% and add above the double frame layer.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_WashiTape_1, resize by 45% and add above all layers; I pushed a bit to thin it out.

Open JSD_SunnySmiles_WordBit_1, resize by 50% and add below the washi tape; manually rotate slightly.

Add your choice of accents in the size you want. I used 3 (and dulled the edges with my eraser) and 7.

Crop as close you can to your design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
