Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open ldrag_tsic_pattern14, resize by 25% and apply the mask; resize to 1075 widths, add to the canvas and center align.

Open ldrag_tsic_porthole, resize by 22% and add above the mask layer; duplicate, pull one downward and then merge together.

Open ldrag_tsic_pattern5, resize by 20% and add to the porthole openings.

Open ldrag_tsic_oar (1), resize by 25% and add above all layers; manually rotate.

Open ldrag_tsic_oar (2), resize by 25% and add above all layers; manually rotate and pull slightly upward.

Open ldrag_tsic_rings (1), resize by 25% and add below the oar layers; manually rotate.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (4), resize by 25% and add above the oar layers.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (10), resize by 30% and then add above the porthole layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (11), resize by 40% and add above all layers.

Open ldrag_tsic_bow (1), resize by 50% and then add above the rings layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_branch (5), resize by 25% and then add above the rings layer; manually rotate and erase any upper excess.

Add another branch to the opposite side and merge the two together.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (8), resize by 25% and then add above the branch layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_seashell (5), resize by 20% and add above the branch layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_button, resize by 40% and add above the branch layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_starfish (1), resize by 20% and add above the oar layers.

Open ldrag_tsic_seashell (2), resize by 20% and then add to the right of the branch layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (7), resize by 20% and add above the bow layer.

Open ldrag_tsic_flower (1), resize by 25% and then add above the branch layer.

Open the tube, grab the close up, resize by 60% and add to each of the porthole openings.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
