Open rittc_whenitrains_frame2, resize by 55% and add to the canvas.

Open rittc_whenitrains_pp04, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Add rittc_whenitrains_frog above the frame layer; duplicate, move one below, drop shadow the top layer and remove excess.

Open rittc_whenitrains_cloud1, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer.

Open rittc_whenitrains_cloud2, mirror, resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Open rittc_whenitrains_norain, resize by 40% and add above all layers; manually rotate.

Open rittc_whenitrains_raindrops3, resize by 50% and add under the cloud 2 layer.

Open rittc_whenitrains_raindrops2, resize by 50% and add below the last raindrops layer. Duplicate, erase and position to your liking, then merge the layers together.

Open rittc_whenitrains_swirl2, resize by 48% and add below the "no rain" button.

Open rittc_whenitrains_ribbon3, resize by 30%, flip, and add above all layers to position.

Open rittc_whenitrains_border2, resize by 35%, and add above the swirl layer; duplicate, erase excess once you have them set on the swirl, and then merge together.

Open rittc_whenitrains_flower1, resize by 25% and add under the ribbon layer.

Open rittc_whenitrains_flower5, resize by 25% and add above the frog layer.

Open rittc_whenitrains_bottlecap, resize by 35% and add above all layers.

Open rittc_whenitrains_flower4, resize by 30% and add above the frog layer.

Duplicate rittc_whenitrains_flower1, mirror and move to below the flower 4 layer.

Open rittc_whenitrains_paisley1, mirror and flip, then resize by 20% before adding it above the frog layer; erase excess.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
