Create a canvas 900 x 900 widths. We can always crop and resize later.

Add frame 3 to the canvas and center align.

Add paper 9 to the frame opening.

Use paper 3 with your mask.

Open the tube, grab #8, resize by 40% and add above the frame layer. Duplicate, move one below, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess on both layers.

Add ribbon2 below the tube layer; position, drop shadow and remove some excess.

Add the banner over all layers to position. Duplicate, move one below the star layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove the slight excess.

Add the fluffy hearts element under the first banner layer, duplicate, move below the second one and erase the excess.

Add the star below the tube layer and then mirror to position.

Add the beads in two places above the wire layer.

Open the best in show rosette, resize by 55% and add below the tube layer.

Open the best in show 2 rosette, resize by 50% and add below the first rosette.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
