Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open ldrag_fp_frame (1), resize by 45% and add to the canvas.

Open ldrag_fp_pattern2, resize by 20% and add to the frame opening; add a glow.

Open flamingo of choice and add above all layers.

Open ldrag_fp_tree (2), resize by 25% and add below the flamingo layer.

Open ldrag_fp_drink (1), resize by 27% and add above all layers.

Add ldrag_fp_limeslice behind the glass layer.

Open ldrag_fp_beachball (1), mirror, resize by 25% and position under your flamingo. Duplicate, move one below the tree layer and work it up!

Open ldrag_fp_flowers (3), resize by 20% and add above the frame layer.

Open ldrag_fp_gelballs (3), resize by 25% and add above the frame layer in two places;; merge.

Open ldrag_fp_crown_1, resize by 75% and add above the flower layer.

Open ldrag_fp_flower (5), resize by 10% and add below the glass layer.

Open ldrag_fp_flowers (2), mirror, resize by 15% and add above the frame layer, turning slightly to fit.

Open ldrag_fp_flowers (1), resize by 25% and add above the frame layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
