Please note that I drop shadow as I go, because each layer holds a different shadow for me. Use your best judgement when creating drop shadows for your tag.

Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. If needed, we will crop and resize later.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (5), rotate, add to the canvas and rotate by +5.00. Duplicate, mirror, pull downward to position.

When lined up, erase the excess frame on the right, so that it merges with the uppermost frame; merge layers together.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (2) above all layer and center align.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KP (10) above the frame layer, center align, and then remove excess.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (9) below the frames and remove excess. 

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (10) above the frame paper and place near the mermaid.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (15) behind all layers and position at the top of the tag.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (16) above the fern layer.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (19) above the fern layer and position behind the tiki torch layer.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (36), resize by 50% and add above the frame paper; lower right hand side of the frame (remove excess).

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (23), resize by 45% and add under the chest layer; remove excess.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (32), resize by 25% and add above the frame paper.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (22), resize by 50% and place above the treasure chest; remove excess.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (6), resize by 60% and place above the tiki torch to position. Duplicate, move one above the frame layer, drop shadow and remove excess.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (21), resize by 25% and position over the boat layer. Duplicate, move one above the frame paper, drop shadow the top layer and remove the excess.

Open miggs_syhojuly23KE (4), resize by 15% and add above the right side frame paper.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (34) and miggs_syhojuly23KE (35) above the frame paper, drop shadow and remove excess.

Add miggs_syhojuly23KE (8) below the tube layer and mirror; position.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
