Create a canvas 1000x1000 width.

Open jss_spittinseeds_bingo card, resize by 65% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open jss_spittinseeds_frame 1, rotate to standing, resize by 40% and add to the canvas; center align.

Now, use the rotation settings below to rotate the bingo card. Do the opposite for the frame layer (shown below).

Open jss_spittinseeds_paper pat 17, resize by 20%, rotate with the frame rotation settings, and replace the frame opening.

I don't know why, but when I rotate, it never looks sharp enough for me so sharpen each of these layers now by 2.

Open the Gnome, resize by 22% and add above the frame layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_scatter, resize by 25% , add above the frame layer and then sharpen by 2 after using the rotation settings below.

Open jss_spittinseeds_label 9, resize by 30%, add above the scatter layer, use the rotation settings below and then sharpen by 2.

Open jss_spittinseeds_watermelon 9, resize by 15% and add below the label 9 layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_leaves, resize by 25%, flip, and then add above the bingo card layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_dot flower red, resize by 45% and add above the leaves layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_felt flower pink, resize by 15% and then add above the label 9 layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_little flower green 2, resize by 20% and then add above the leaves layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_rose blue 1, resize by 25% and then add below the pink flower layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_cup rose blue 1, resize by 20% and add above the leaves layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_sun, resize by 25% and add above the bingo card layer.

Open jss_spittinseeds_beads, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer in two ways; remove excess, merge and drop shadow.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
