Open the template, resize to 800 widths and then do a canvas resize to 1000 widths; save.

Remove the credit layer.

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_pp1, resize by 30% and replace the black circle layer.

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_pp3, resize by 25% and replace the noise circle layer.

For all other template layers, use black and add a noise setting to the layers. Drop the opacity on the upper black layers to 175.

Open the tube, resize by 57%, add a glow, and then add above all layers; center align to your liking and remove excess on both layers.

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_flower1, resize by 25%, and add above all layers. Add a tight drop shadow and use the settings below to create a flower ring.

Move this "flower ring" below all layers and duplicate. Use the rotation settings below to fill in the ring and merge all layers.

Resize eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_flower1 again by 40% and add above the black lines layer (below the tube layers).

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_flair, resize by 50% and place above all layers.

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_pumpkin, resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Open eyeinspire_Cute&Spooky_charm, resize by 50% and sit on the pumpkin.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
