Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open oll_creepy_frame 3, resize by 50% and add to the canvas. Center align first and then use the rotation setting below.

Open oll_creepy_paper pat 11, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Open oll_creepy_paper solid red, resize by 25% and apply the mask. I then resized to 1200 widths and added it above the white background. Move into position and then use the rotation settings again to position.

Open oll_creepy_corner web black, resize by 30% and add above the frame paper.

Open oll_creepy_wood flower white, resize by 15%, drop shadow, center align, and then use the Copies settings below. Afterward, use the rotation settings and move above the mask layer.

Open oll_creepy_flower 1 red, resize by 17% and repeat the above process.

Open oll_creepy_sticker 14, resize by 25% and add above the frame layer.

Open oll_creepy_leaves, resize by 25% and add above the spider layer; manually rotate.

Open oll_creepy_leaves white, resize by 25% and add above the green leaves layer; manually rotate until the lower stems touch.

Open oll_creepy_leaves black, resize by 25%, mirror, and then add above the white leaves layer; repeat the above process.

Open oll_creepy_big flower white, resize by 20% and add above the leaves layers.

Open oll_creepy_little flower red, resize by 25% and then add under the first flower layer.

Open oll_creepy_tiny flower 3, resize by 25% and then add under both flower layers.

Open oll_creepy_star red, resize by 35% and add above all layers.

Open oll_creepy_haunted, resize by 20% and then add under the star layer.

Open oll_creepy_ribbon red 2, resize by 35% and add under the word art layer and star.

Open the tube, mirror, and then add above the frame layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
