"Stormy Garden" by Simply Vicki (HERE)

“Golden Island” (NAME)

Create a canvas 1200 x 1200. We can always crop and resize later.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele50 to the canvas and center align; save.

Use SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_pp5 to replace the frame openings.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele46 to the left side of the paper.

 Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele47 to the right side of the paper.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele48, resize by 75%, and add to the left and right of the frame paper.

Duplicate the bricks and position to make a wall.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele44, resize by 50% and add above the frame paper.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele2 above the frame paper layer.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele15 above the frame paper layer. I have one upper left and one lower right.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele1, resize by 50% and add inside of two window panes.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele27 above the grass layer; flip and remove excess.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele20 above the grass layer; rotate slightly then remove the excess.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele45, resize by 75% and add below the frame layer.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele8, resize to 700 widths and add above all layers. Duplicate, mirror, erase one side to blend into one and merge together.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele24, resize by 70% and add above the pond layer. Duplicate, mirror, position and then erase one small flower; merge layers.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele18, resize by 50% and add above the brick wall.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele52, mirror, add above the pot layer and then blend with a soft eraser.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele24, resize by 50% and add above the pond layer.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele19 over all layers.

Add SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele49 above all layers.

Open SimplyVicki_StormyGarden_ele41, resize by 55% and add above all layers.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.

To Animate:

Open Animation Shop 3.

On the lightening layers, lower the opacity on the right hand bolt to 0, while leaving the left hand one normal. Add this as the first frame in AS3.

Next, lower the opacity on the left hand bolt to 155, while increasing the right hand bolt to 55. This is your second frame in AS3.

Again, lower the opacity on the left hand bolt to 55, while increasing the right hand bolt to 155. This is your third frame in AS3.

Finally, lower the opacity on the left hand bolt to 0, while increasing the right hand bolt to 255. This is your final frame in AS3.

When you click on the animation to view, you will see it is at high speed so we'll need to slow it down a spell. 

To do so: Edit > Select All > Animation > Frame Properties > 65 > Ok . View > Animation. And now you will see that the animation has slowed down.

To save: File > Save As > name your design > Save > Apply the optimization setting and you're done! Upload to Imgur to enjoy.
