Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-pp02, resize by 25% and apply the mask. I upsized to 1000 widths before adding to the canvas.

Open mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-frame, rotate, resize by 37%, add to the canvas, center align, and then move below the graphics layer.

Open mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-pp05, resize by 25% and replace the frame opening.

Open mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-tree, resize by 25% and add above the frame layer (left).

Open car 3 graphic, resize by 7% and add to the right of the tree layer.

Duplicate the car layer, move one above the frame paper and remove excess.

Open mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-confetti, resize by 45% and add above the mask layer.

My second set of confetti is resized by 55% and I removed what I didn't want.

Open, mcreations-playfulhomefreebie-leaf, rotate, resize by 25% and add below the first car layer. I duplicated, mirrored, and then removed the excess on the car layer above the leaf layer.
