Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open neia-ibcm-frame-2, resize by 40% and then add to the canvas; center align.

While still on this layer: Layers > Rotate / Zoom > and then use the settings below:

Open neia-ibcm-pp-4, resize by 25% and add above all layers; remove excess and use the rotation settings above.

Open Neia_InspiredbyCarmenMiranda_spp-8, apply the mask, enlarge (if needed) before adding the mask under the frame paper layer. Use these rotation settings below:

Open neia-ibcm-toucan, resize by 70%, add above all layers, duplicate, move one below the frame layer, drop shadow the upper layer and then remove all excess on both layers.

Open neia-ibcm-title-1, resize by 27% and add above all layers.

Open neia-ibcm-title-5, resize by 25% and add above the last title layer; outline in white before you drop shadow.

Open neia-ibcm-ukulele, mirror, resize by 40% and add under the upper toucan layer.

Open neia-ibcm-drum, resize by 25% and add above the upper toucan layer.

Open neia-ibcm-lace, resize by 20% and add below the title 1 and 2 layers.

Open neia-ibcm-flower-3, resize by 30% and add above the frame layer, aligning the edge of the flower with the swirl of the word paradise.

Open neia-ibcm-flower-7, resize  by 60% and add above the mask layer.

Open neia-ibcm-feather-2, mirror, resize by 60% and then add above the mask layer; remove excess.

Open neia-ibcm-stamp-1, resize by 40% and add above the mask layer; remove excess on the right hand side.

Open neia-ibcm-butterfly-2, resize by 33%, add above the frame layer, rotate slightly, and then sharpen by 2.

Open neia-ibcm-flower-2, mirror, resize by 30% and then add below the flower 7 layer, and then pull upward slightly.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
