Create a canvas 1200 x 1200. We can always crop and resize later.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-frame-2, resize by 35% and add to the canvas; center align.
Open paper of choice, resize b y 25% and replace the frame opening.
Open banner of choice, resize by 75% and add above all layers; bottom.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-houses, choose your house (mine are 40% and 45%) and add them below the frame layer; remove excess.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-snowman, resize by 35% and add below the frame layer.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-flower-1, resize by 50% and add under the banner layer; remove excess.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-flower-6, resize by 20% and add under the white flower layer.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-flower-3, resize by 50% and add above the dark blue flower layer.
Duplicate neia-feelingfrosty-flower-6 layer, mirror and position on the opposite side of the light blue flower layer.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-snowflake-3, resize by 50% and add above all the flower layers.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-foliage-3, resize by and add under all of the flower layers; you have to duplicate, rotate, position and then remove any excess before using drop shadow and merging.
Duplicate the snowflake layer and position to the left side of the frame.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-flower-10, resize by 25% and add above both snowflake layers.
Open neia-feelingfrosty-gem, resize by 25% and place in the middle of the small blue flower.
(Note: Once I completed my snowflake clusters, I merged the bottom layers and left side layers together.)
Open neia-feelingfrosty-flower-2, resize by 40% and add under the left side snowflake cluster layer; position and reposition if needed (cluster).
Open neia-feelingfrosty-pinecone, resize by 25%, add under the poinsettia layer, position one on each side, and then remove excess before merging these two layers.
Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
