Open the template, resize to 850 widths and than do a canvas resize to 1000 widths; save.

Delete the first four layers.

Open the second close up tube, position over all layer, duplicate, move one above the raster 9 template layer and then remove the excess.

Open GS-It's_My_Party_paper 3, resize to 700 widths and replace the raster 4 and 9 template layers.

Merge raster layers 11 and 12 down and use the same paper to replace both new layers.

Use DBDAD6 to replace raster layer 2, both raster 8 layers, and raster layer 10. Add a noise setting of your choice.

Use EDECEA on raster layers 3 and 7, then use the Unplugged settings below on both layers.

Drop shadow all template layers to your liking now.

Add GS-It's_My_Party_Flower2 over all layers and then remove the tube excess (except her left arm).

Open GS-It's_My_Party_Candy, resize by 75% and add above the flower layer, positioning the candy beads near the flower center.

Open GS-It's_My_Party_Horn, resize by 65% and add above the candy layer.

Add GS-It's_My_Party_Hat below the horn layer.

Open GS-It's_My_Party_Cupcake, resize by 75% and add below the horn layer.

Open GS-It's_My_Party_Cow2, resize by 50% and add above the flower layer.

Open GS-It's_My_Party_Lollipop, remove the stick, add under the horn layer, and then slightly rotate.

Use a handwritten font of your choice to create the word art. Miss Tiina has some great ones here. I've had this font so long that I really do not know where I got it.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
