Download the template, resize to 800 widths and then do a canvas size to 900 widths; save.

Use Anorie_NewYear2014_Paper04 to replace template layers: 1, 2, 5, 7, 11 and 13.

Use Anorie_NewYear2014_Paper02 to replace template layers: 4 and 9.

I then duplicated all paper layers (except the small frame layer), outlined them by 6, added a noise setting and then merged them back together again.

Add the standing tube to the center of the template, above all layers.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element33, resize by 50% and add under the tube layer to the left.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element30, resize by 50% and add under the tube layer to the right.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element04, resize by 50% and add above the black hat layer.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element26, resize by 50% and add under the silver hat layer; manually rotate to fit.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element29, resize by 35% and add above the balloon layer.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element13, resize by 30%, and add above the string layer; manually rotate to fit.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element31, resize by 65% and add above the template layer 8. Duplicate, mirror, drop shadow both layers, and then merge together.

Open Anorie_NewYear2014_element01, resize by 50% and add below the tube layer on either side.

Add Anorie_NewYear2014_element24 above the large circle layer (old template layer 4).

Add Anorie_NewYear2014_element11 above the last two paper layers. Add a noise setting to this to blur.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
