Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open neia-warmcozy-frame-2, resize by 45% and add to the canvas; center align and then follow the rotation settings below.

Duplicate the frame layer, mirror, and then pull downwards slightly.

Open neia-warmcozy-bear, resize by 41% and add above all layers.

Open neia-warmcozy-pp-4, resize by 25% and replace the frame openings.

Open neia-warmcozy-mittens, resize by 30% and add above the frame layers.

Open neia-warmcozy-bow, resize by 30% and add above the mittens layer.

Open neia-warmcozy-ribbon-1, resize by 15% and add under the bow layer.

Open neia-warmcozy-flower-3, resize by 20% and then add under the bow layer.

Open neia-warmcozy-hotcocoa, resize by 30% and add below the frame layer, duplicate, move one up, drop shadow and remove all excess.

Open neia-warmcozy-hat, resize by 25% and add above all layers; manually rotate.

Open neia-warmcozy-flower-3 again, resize by 25% and add below the hat layer.

Open neia-warmcozy-flower-1, resize by 15% and add above the hat layer.

Open neia-warmcozy-title-3, resize by 25% and add above all layers.

Open neia-warmcozy-title-2, resize by 25% and add above all layers.

Open neia-warmcozy-ampersand, resize by 20% and add above all layers.

Rearrange the three layers above to get your desired look, sharpen by 1, outline with D8BA94 and then drop shadow.

Open neia-warmcozy-snowflakes, resize by 50% and add over the white background. My design has several layers merged together.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
