Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.
Open ScrapTK_StPattysDay-frame1, resize to 725 widths and add to the canvas; center align.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-paper2 to the frame opening.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-frame1a above all layers.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-wordart3 above the frame paper, outline white, center, and then drop shadow.
Open ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element8, remove the stem, and then add above all layers. Manually rotate to fit in the bottom right hand side of the frames.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element2 above the element 8 layer; position and then remove the stems under the horseshoe.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element11 above the horseshoe layer.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element20 below the flower layer, remove excess and drop shadow.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element10 under the foliage layer.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element7 above the frame layer, and to the middle of the upper frame layer.
Open the tube, resize to 480 widths, mirror and add below the coin layer.
Add ScrapTK_StPattysDay-element9 above the tube layer and remove the excess to the right of the design.
Crop as close as you can to the design, without cutting off any mask layer. Resize, if needed, before adding your name and copyright information. Upload to enjoy.
