Lix Witching Hour

 Supplies Used
Lix's "Rene" (here)
Yankee Ghosts BB font (here)
"The Witching Hour" by Gothic Inspirations (here)
Unknown mask Maker (here)
If this is your mask, please let me know for proper credit.
 Let's Begin!
Open paper 4. Apply "house" and move to the middle of the paper.  Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Add a layer above "house" and, using your paintbrush in size 85, add several circles in a group to your liking. You only need this on one side of your house's roof, keeping close to the house itself. Move below house.
Apply Gaussian blur with a radius of 66 to your white circles. Now you have clouds. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.. Duplicate cloud layer and pull down to another position near your house's roof.
Open bats and add them here and there above your roof. Add two to one side of the roof and two to the other in different locations. Erase bats you don't want to use. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Starting with house, merge all layers down onto the paper.
Apply mask to newly elemented paper 4. Add a layer above mask layer, flood fill white and move below mask.
Name your tag "Witching Hour" and save as a *psd.
Open Frame 1 and Image > Resize > by 75% > Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Add above your mask layer by Edit > Paste in as a new layer. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Open your standing tube of choice. (I'm using Lix's Renee.) Resize it down or up if you need to. Mine I had to upsize by the width of 315. (It will clear up once you resize tag) Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy.  On your tag above your frame Edit > Paste in as a new layer. Move it to the right hand side of the frame. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 2-4-0-2-155.
Open doodle but do not resize. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy.  Add this as a layer under your standing tube by Edit > Paste as a new layer. Move it to where you'd like it. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Open candle and Image > Resize > width by 225 > Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Add as a new layer above your frame by Edit > Paste as a new layer. Move to the left hand side of your frame. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Open mouse and Layers > Flip Horizontal > Image > Resize > 55% > Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Above your candle layer, Edit > Paste as a new layer.  "Anchor" it on the smaller curlique of the candle holder and move below candle. Duplicate and move above candle. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 2-4-0-2-155.
Using eraser size 15, clear a small dot off the mouse's tail on the top mouse layer to show the curlique through the tail (Makes it look like it's hanging there).
Open hat and Image > Resize > 75% > Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy.  Add as a new layer above your top mouse by Edit > paste as a new layer. Move to the bottom of the candle holder to cover the bottom of the stand. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 4-6-0-4-155.
Open wordart and Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Add this as a layer bove all layer by Edit > Paste in as a new layer.  Effects > Object > Outline Object > 2/5 > White. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 2-4-0-2-155.
Using my Colour Picker, I chose the least amount of colour in my tag. This came from the buckle of the witch's hat. In your layers box, add a layer above all layers. Apply your name of chose. Effects > Object > Outline Object > 3/5 > black. Effects > Object > Drop shadow by these settings: 6-4-0-6-255.
Crop to get rid of the extra white background and resize. Add copyright information, remove white background and save as a PNG.
